Intensive & Customized
Residential Support (ICS/CRS)
Our Individualized Community Supports (ICS) and Customized Residential Services (CRS) provide structured, 24-hour residential support in licensed home settings. We serve individuals with complex needs who require consistent supervision, behavioral programming, and health coordination in a safe, home-like environment.

Adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD), acquired brain injury (ABI), or complex behavioral needs requiring 24-hour supervised residential support.

Individuals with IDD or complex behavioral profiles whose current support plans involve or are working to reduce restrictive procedures.
