Founded to Serve the South Metro
Shibli Home Health Care Services was founded with a clear purpose: to fill a gap in high-quality, person-centered home and community-based services in Minnesota. Our founders built Shibli from the ground up — prioritizing compliance, compassion, and genuine relationships with the individuals and families we serve.
We became a licensed Minnesota DHS provider and have steadily grown our team and service offerings to meet the evolving needs of Minnesotans with disabilities throughout the state.
Today, we offer six core service lines and remain deeply committed to the people we serve, the families who trust us, and the staff who show up every day with dedication and heart.

Our Intake Coordinator is often the first voice families hear. They guide referrals through the intake and enrollment process with warmth, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to helping every person access the services they need.
